"Met Rob for the first time when he came to give us a quote to decorate the lounge. We had the dreaded chip paper, I was quite surprised that any decorator would take the job on, but Rob did. He arrived at the Monday prompt at eight in the morning, he slogged, but he was always pleasant, unbelievable, he didn't stop until he left at six. The next job was to prime the walls, as removing the chip paper had damaged the wall surface. At one time I thought we should have the walls papered instead of painted, but Rob assured me that all would be OK. We recently discovered A Touch Of Class by pure chance on the internet & we have been delighted with the results. From the very first telephone call we have been pleasantly surprised with their positive, can-do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship was outstanding. Rob & Gareth are both hugely experienced and it shows in the results. Value for money is greatly enhanced when the calibre of workmanship is as high as theirs. They painted the whole outside of our house to such a high standard that we immediately asked them to carry on & do the main bedroom, en-suite and also hall, stairs & landing.
